Use this page if you believe content distributed through Ad-API infringes your copyright and you want to submit a formal takedown notice.
1. Before you send a notice
Please review the allegedly infringing material carefully before submitting a complaint. We can act faster when you provide exact URLs, creative IDs, campaign IDs, screenshots, or other identifiers that point directly to the material you want reviewed.
2. Required notice elements
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- A description of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on Ad-API.
- Your full contact information, including mailing address, phone number, and email.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A perjury statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Helpful identifiers
- Creative IDs or campaign IDs, if available.
- Ad URLs, landing-page URLs, or screenshots showing where the material appears.
- The jurisdiction or registration details for the copyrighted work, if relevant.
- Any context that helps us distinguish the complained-of material from similar non-infringing content.

5. What happens next
After Ad-API receives a facially complete notice, we may review the report, request clarification, and disable or remove access to the identified material if appropriate. We may also preserve relevant records, notify the affected uploader, and restrict repeat infringers in line with our platform policies.
