Repeat Infringer Policy
Ad-API maintains and reasonably implements a repeat infringer policy as part of its DMCA compliance program.
1. Policy statement
Ad-API may disable access to content, suspend campaigns, restrict uploads, or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly the subject of valid copyright complaints.
2. How we evaluate repeat infringement
We may consider the number of complaints received, whether the complaints appear valid, whether a user repeatedly uploads substantially similar content after notice, and whether the account has other policy or trust-and-safety issues.
We may also consider whether a user cooperates with the review process, supplies rights documentation, or files a counter-notice that resolves the claim.
3. Actions we may take
- Remove or disable access to one or more creatives.
- Pause active campaigns tied to the disputed material.
- Restrict future uploads while a review is pending.
- Suspend or terminate the associated account in appropriate circumstances.
4. Relationship to other policies
This repeat infringer policy works alongside Ad-API's broader content moderation, abuse prevention, and account enforcement rules. Copyright-related removals may be considered together with other trust-and-safety signals when we assess platform risk.
